Hersey & Blanchard just been done, so I doubt they will do again.
Incidentally, since this is the last time this paper will ever be set, they might mix up the bag and pull from the hat y,know! They try to discourage "Question spotting" so if you don't know it by now you are probably doomed and a million Mr Jay's won't be able to help you . . . . .

Tks Mr Jay for the tips. I didn't prepare well :(.
Hope I can pass.
y missy?
i suppose u prepared well ryt?
I didn't put much effort on studies. I pray hard can just pass can liao
There is one route to ensure that you pass the paper - put in the effort. I know that it can be hard to get your mind to focus on getting the knowledge required for the paper. The T5 paper is probably the first test of your ability to write - you will have to face the same issue again in F4 ACCA Law paper.
On that note if you are not getting a pass on this paper - it might be you have a problem understanding the question or just that you had not put in the effort.
I have had students that repeat the paper 4 times and still they have not mastered the materials in the text - lazy.
Its all up to you to make a pass or fail, so set your mind into a showing the world that you have what it takes to pass this paper and become a chartered accountant.
Well sir u r ryt..i have a confidence dat my 2nd Ques & 5th ques went great.the rest 3 i gave a brain storm in it.In my 1st ques
the purpose of policy & procedure,,,i wrote from my own general knowledge & applied the theory notes that i studied in my past CAT papers...lyk 4 policy i told about IFRS policy n many other things...
Then in the 3rd question i was confused about the management styles of Blake & Mouton managerial grid...tho i tried it somehow cuz in my text there is nothing much about Blake & Mouton.
And in the fourth ques,i added my own general knowledge...Now i just hope i pass in this paper.
sir i have passedddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddddd:D:D:D:D:D:D:D
